SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Maysoon offers to ship all over Pakistan. we use TCS or Pakistan Post for deliveries.
2. Maysoon offers the best shipping rates for overseas customers, depends on the shipping method which you select.
3. we offer 2 shipping methods for our overseas customers.
- Rapid delivery( 3to 5) working days depends on the availability of a product,(DHL.or FedEx).
-ordinary shipping takes (8 to 15 ) days through Skynet or general post
before making any order pls check the availability of the product ( require your size and
color )
shipping rates vary from different zones .when you enter your country in the cart section you will see different options will show in shipping scroll please make sure before selecting.
4. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days only if:
Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The received product(s) differed from the original order.
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.
In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 07 days of the original order date.
Please email pictures of the defective item to
[email protected] or call at +92 3008408323 within 7 days after order delivery in a case to raise a dispute. Maysoon will look at each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.
5. In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
