At Maysoon, every piece is crafted with the utmost care and quality. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ Important: Maysoon does not offer returns or exchanges. The only exception is for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items — Only Exception

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To raise a claim:

Once we receive and review the damaged item, we will issue a replacement of equal value dispatched with your next order. Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.

No Returns

Maysoon does not accept returns for any reason other than damage. All sales are final.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, colour preference, or change of mind. Please review the size guide and product description carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A store coupon of equal value will be issued, valid for 60 days.
  • Maysoon reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
