🚚 Delivery Options

Pakistan

We deliver all across Pakistan via M&P or Pakistan Post.

International

  • Express Delivery — 5 to 8 working days (DHL / FedEx)
  • Standard Delivery — 8 to 15 working days (Skynet / General Post)

Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout when you enter your country.

⏱ Processing Time

Processing times depend on product availability. If an item is out of stock or requires custom stitching, fulfillment may take 2–3 weeks or longer. Please mention your required delivery date at checkout or contact us in advance.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery
  • The received product differs from the original order
  • Something is missing from the package (tags, labels, original packaging)

To raise a dispute, please email photos of the item to info@maysoon.biz or call +92 300 840 8323 within 7 days of delivery. Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.

Note: In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
