Welcome to Maysoon. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

1. Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your desired product, choose your size and style, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your billing and shipping details, select a payment method, and place your order.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your Order ID and order details once your order is successfully placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A store coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days, will be issued. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun.

Can I modify my order?

Changes can be requested within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@maysoon.biz. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

2. Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pakistan only
• Visa / Mastercard (Debit & Credit)
• PayPal

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment information is encrypted and kept strictly confidential. We never share, rent, or sell your personal data.

Are there any additional taxes?

All applicable taxes are included in the product price. For international orders, customs duties or import charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan only. There are no additional handling charges. Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. On the third failed attempt, the item will be returned to us.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic (Pakistan)

We deliver all over Pakistan via M&P Courier or Pakistan Post. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

International

• Express: 5–8 working days via DHL / FedEx
• Standard: 8–15 working days via Skynet / General Post

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free Shipping

Orders over $1,000 USD qualify for free standard shipping to the UK, USA, and Canada.

Processing Time

Processing depends on product availability. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 2–3 weeks or longer. Please mention your required delivery date at checkout or contact us in advance.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email. Use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Items — Only Exception

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

• Email photos of the damaged item to info@maysoon.biz

Once reviewed, a replacement of equal value will be dispatched with your next order.

5. Pricing

In what currency are prices displayed?

Prices in Pakistan are displayed in PKR. International customers see prices in their local currency or USD, inclusive of applicable GST and conversion rates.

Are prices negotiable?

All website prices are final, except for wholesale orders. Please contact us for wholesale enquiries.

6. Product Information

• Colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
• Minor embellishment differences may exist between product images and the actual item.
• Size charts are included on all product pages — please review before ordering.
• Out-of-stock items cannot be ordered until marked "Available" again.

7. Account

Creating an account on Maysoon.biz allows you to track orders, manage your address book, and view your order history. Keep your account information up to date for a seamless shopping experience.
